Job description

• Financial Operations Development: Develop and implement key structures for financial operations, ensuring alignment with accounting best practices.
• Monthly Reporting and Compliance: Establish systems for monthly financial reporting and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration with Auditors: Collaborate with external auditors throughout the year, maintaining key financial reports and ensuring transparency in financial practices.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform month-end processes, including MIS reporting, data analysis, variance analysis, and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Financial Modeling: Create and maintain various financial models, including cash flow projections, discounted cash flow (DCF), net present value (NPV), profit/loss statements, capital asset pricing model (CAPM), payback analysis, cost-benefit analysis (CBA), business valuation, equity analysis, and investor decks.
• Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct market and industry analysis to extract critical data from financial statements and support business planning efforts.
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations, investor decks, process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce comprehensive reports that support financial planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong focus on compliance for private limited companies.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of finance, month-end processes, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
