Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to take ownership of our core finance, accounting, and payroll functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a growing IT organization. You’ll ensure financial integrity, support compliance, and drive operational efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations including payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor bill processing, and timely disbursements
• Reconcile monthly bank statements, track fund flows, and maintain accurate ledgers
• Coordinate payroll processing with HR and external CA firm; maintain salary sheets and generate payslips
• Ensure timely coordination for Form 16, TDS certificates, and statutory documentation
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting platforms such as Tally and Keka HRMS
• Track and prepare data for TDS and GST filings in collaboration with CA partners
• Generate monthly MIS reports, expense summaries, and cash flow projections
• Assist with internal audits, financial documentation, and compliance checklists

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• B.Com / M.Com or CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred
• 3–5 years of proven experience in core accounting, finance management, and payroll support
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Keka HRMS, or equivalent accounting/HR tools
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, salary components, and payroll processes
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, formulas)
• Well-versed in statutory and compliance documentation
• Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of working independently

Good to Have :

• Prior experience in start-ups or IT/Tech companies
• Understanding of HRMS and payroll automation tools
• Exposure to SaaS billing or subscription-based models (a plus)
