Relationship Management: • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. • Act as a point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and engagement follow-ups. • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Collaboration & Reporting: • Coordinate with technical pre-sales, delivery teams, and product managers to craft winning pitches. • Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipeline status, and sales activities. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market Intelligence: • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. • Share insights with leadership to shape offerings and strategy. Desired Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 2–6 years in IT/Technology sales or business development. SaaS or B2B consulting experience preferred. • Education: Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA preferred. • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of at least two of the following – Cloud (AWS, Azure), Data Engineering, RPA/IPA, Analytics, AI/ML. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to create compelling pitch decks and proposals. • CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented. • Willingness to travel (if required) for client meetings and events.
