Role Description

Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A – budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and unit economics.
Own MIS and reporting – deliver clear, accurate, and timely financial and business insights to leadership and investors.
Build and improve financial models to support decision-making across product, operations, and business teams.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives, pricing, and growth opportunities.
Set up and refine processes, dashboards, and controls to scale the finance function.
Coordinate with the external accounting team to ensure smooth bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance.
Support audits, investor reporting, and board-level requirements.

Desired Qualifications

4–7 years of relevant work experience in business finance / FP&A / MIS / reporting roles.
Strong modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or BI/reporting tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping (Tally exposure is a bonus).
CA is mandatory
