Manage and grow with key accounts as may be defined by Business Head/ Top Management Recognizing the prospective clients in the region, and create a data base. Excellent Planning execution of the Project activities of EHV Transmission line projects and AIS/GIS Substations construction projects, EHV Switch c Yards, BAY Extensions in line with EHS and Quality Management, Project Management Project Coordination in time. Single Point end to end Responsibility of EHV Tower Foundations and Associated Civil Works. Experience with EHV Under Ground HT Cable Projects & EHV under Ground Cables 220KV/400 KV above combinable to AI Ready Data Centers Highly preferable. Experience of Electrification and power Distribution works with all knowledge of Erection of 230V/400V/03KV, 11kv, 33 kv 33 kv LT Lines, Distribution Transformer, DTR Installations, BPL Meter connections, survey, measurement, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, DBs, HT/LT Cables, Terminations, Switch Yards, House wiring, Internal and External Lighting systems, HVAC, Fire Protection, CCTV, UPS Power System, DG Set Power Back up cabling and Associated Misc.Electrical works etc. Knowledge in HVDC Transmission, Projects execution including Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Associated Substations, Must maintain project related documentation. Responsible for material reconciliation and joint measurement with sub contractor clients. Responsible for Reviewing Technical Specifications, Electrical Designs, Project Drawing, Safety of the Man Material and Machinery. Knowledge in cost saving methods. Prepare, develop and evaluate Financial Modelling: and maintain financial models (showing IRR , ROE , Pay Back , Break Even ,Others) to evaluate project feasibility, risks, and returns and present to top management meetings and coordinate for Project Approvals Lead the Preparation of Pre-Feasibility Reports (PFR) and Detailed Project Reports (DPR) 4. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with green energy projects. 5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project developers, investors, lenders, and government agencies to secure funding and ensure project success. 6. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, policies, and regulations affecting green energy project finance. 7. Deal Origination: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in green energy project finance. 8. Coordinate for Compliance and related approvals 9. Experience in Listing IPO setup is highly preferable 10 Guiding the Regular F&A Team and supervising the Regular F&A Functional Activities Key Requirements: 1.
