Finance Lead

As the Lead - Finance in Chennai reporting to the Manager - Finance, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Monthly review of functional costs with relevant Department Heads. - Preparation of the Annual forecast for the Functions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Coordinating with the accounting team for monthly book closure activities. - Posting monthly allocation entries for Support Functions. - Assisting in centrally coordinating the Annual Operating Plan (Budget) for the company. - Contributing to the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan for Functions. - Generating various MIS & cost reports for Functions. - Creating and maintaining relevant Master Data for MIS reporting. - Establishing and maintaining a tracker for Sales Incentives and Closed Deals. - Supporting in the preparation of various Monthly review decks for CEO/CFO review. The ideal candidate for this role should be a Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience or an MBA in Finance with 6-7 years of experience from reputable institutions. A background in FP&A/Business Finance domain within IT/ITES/Shared services or Third-Party services organizations is preferred. Key requirements include: - Ability to manage customer/vertical wise projections - Handling billing/chargeback tools - Identifying and implementing Continuous Improvement Projects - Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Power Point - Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory - Familiarity with tools like Tableau/Power BI is advantageous You should be capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrating strong domain expertise, analytical skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills are essential as the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders.,
