Finance Controller

We invite applications for Finance Controller position at reputed multispeciality hospital located in Pune.

Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience :

• 10+ years in business finance, FP & A, or corporate finance with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and managing vendor relationships.
• Proven track record of managing acquisitions, business valuations, and project financing.
• Industry Experience: Preferred from healthcare.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze and report on key financial metrics to senior leadership.
• Financial Modelling: Advanced skills in creating detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuations.
• Leadership: Ability to lead financial planning and analysis teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business success.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the business.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
• Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate business opportunities, market trends, and cost structures effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems and financial modelling software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutions.

Salary : Best in Industry (subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).
