About the Role

Our client operates through two main booking centres across 11 entities:

  • KAMEL (Middle East & Africa centred): Recently established, 1 entity at UAE
  • KASG (Singapore & rest of the world centred): Operational since 2017, 5 active entities (at India, Singapore, HK & USA)

These booking centres are subsidiaries of a holding company based in Singapore. Our client holds licenses from SEBI (India), MAS (Singapore), SFC (Hong Kong), and ADGM (UAE) for advisory services. The Head of Finance will be responsible for managing the entire KASG booking centre and group-level activities (including consolidation).

Key Responsibilities

A) Revenue, Partner Sharing & Accounts Receivable (A/R):

  • Ensure timely automated revenue computations, validations, publishing, and invoicing.
  • Drive the A/R process, review outstanding receivables, and ensure timely collections.
  • Provide periodic gross and net revenue insights, A/R status, and other required reports to management.
  • Offer revenue forecasts and revenue leakage reports to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate partner revenue sharing MIS & payments as per SLAs.
  • Resolving all queries from Partners, RMs, Clients on the computations & collections

B) Corporate Finance (Books of Accounts, Accounts Payable (A/P), Treasury, MIS reporting, Audit & other Compliances):

  • Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting, books closure and reporting for all group entities & their consolidation.
  • Drive accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and analysis (MIS, cash burn, cost centre reports, variance analysis, financials).
  • Review payments, monitor cash flows, manage liquidity, and optimize the organization’s financial position.
  • Lead the audit process, liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
  • Liaising with investors/shareholders on all finance matters.
  • Managing banking relationships, cash and other treasury related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory authorities, including Tax, GST, RBI, Registrar of Companies, IRAS, SFC, and other financial reporting requirements.

C) General responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately in a fast paced & vibrant environment.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management
  • Additional duties as necessary

  • Microsoft Excel, PPT expert
  • Innovative and detail-oriented professional with a strong automation mindset, dedicated to streamlining processes and enhancing productivity through technology.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks, Zoho books & other automation tools
  • Natural curiosity to ask questions and form independent views
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and incorporate effective storytelling to engage and influence the audience at executive level.
  • The candidate must be self-driven, be hands-on and motivated
  • Knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS along with group level consolidation
  • Knowledge of financial sector would be an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality work standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with large numerical data sets.
  • Excellent people management skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
