Job Description

Position: Finance Controller

Experience: 15 - 20 Yrs

(In Manufacturing Industry / Electronic Industry)

Preferred Background:

Manufacturing sector experience mandatory
Electronics industry preferred
Exposure to IPO launch process desirable
Candidates from PCMC, Chakan & nearby areas only

Key Responsibilities:

Full control of plant accounting – cash/bank books, reconciliations, trial balance, monthly closure
GST: Return filing, assessment, audits coordination
Statutory audits – Income Tax, Companies Act, Cost Audit, Bank Audit
TDS: Calculations, returns, reconciliation (26AS)
PF, ESI, PT: Monthly payments, returns, audits, assessments
Bank coordination: Stock statements, book debts, loan applications, CC limits, forex payments, guarantees
Taxation: TDS returns, IT filings, responding to notices, coordination with consultants
CSR: Planning & compliance
Subsidy schemes: SGST refund, NATS/NAPS submissions, Make in India, MSIPS, Semicon schemes
Government liaison for subsidy and refund recovery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
