Desired Candidate Profile : Must have Degree / Diploma in Dialysis Technology from recognized institute. Relevant 1+ years experience in Dialysis Centre or multispeciality hospital is required. Strong Technical and Clinical knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organized team player etc. Job Description : Operating dialysis equipment, including setting up the machine, preparing and administering dialysis solutions, and monitoring patients during treatment Ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of dialysis equipment and supplies Recording patient information, including vital signs, fluid and electrolyte levels, and treatment results Assisting in the preparation of patients for dialysis, including helping with positioning and access to the dialysis machine Monitoring patients during dialysis for signs of adverse reactions or complications Responding to emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest or severe allergic reactions, in a prompt and effective manner Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nephrologists and registered nurses, to provide comprehensive care for patients Ability to follow established protocols and procedures, with strong attention to detail. Candidate should be Flexible with rotational shifts-Morning/ Evening/ Night. # Salary : Rs. 15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC). # Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.
