Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dialysis Technician located in Rishikesh. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for operating dialysis equipment, performing hemodialysis procedures, monitoring patients during treatments, maintaining patient records, and educating patients about the dialysis process. The role also requires close communication with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures
• Strong skills in Patient Care and monitoring patients to ensure their comfort and well-being
• Ability to measure and interpret Vital Signs accurately
• Basic understanding of Medicine as it relates to renal care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with patients and healthcare teams
• Relevant certification or diploma in Dialysis Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in a dialysis center or healthcare setting is preferred
