Role Overview: As the Finance Controller (Senior Manager), your main responsibility will be to oversee the financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management for the organization. Your expertise in financial administration, process optimization, fundraising strategy, and financial forecasting will be crucial in this role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in finance software, and expertise in financial reporting and compliance are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the annual budget to ensure financial stability and sustainability. - Oversee fund allocation, cost forecasting, and long-term financial planning. - Implement strategies to optimize financial processes and enhance service efficiency. - Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality. - Review and refine financial processes to improve operational efficiency. - Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities. - Support fundraising strategies by providing financial insights and planning. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient utilization of funds. - Evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and investment opportunities. - Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive planning. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and audit requirements. - Develop internal controls to safeguard financial resources. - Generate and present accurate financial reports and MIS for decision-making. - Provide insights on financial performance, key metrics, and trends. - Maintain transparency in financial reporting to stakeholders and management. - Utilize financial software for effective financial planning and reporting. - Implement digital solutions to enhance financial data accuracy and accessibility. - Stay updated with emerging financial technologies and tools. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - CA/CMA/CPA certification preferred. - 20+ years of experience in financial administration, budgeting, and cost control.
