Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within our organization. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights that help optimize business performance and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, track, and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in preparing and monitoring annual budgets.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure budget adherence.
• Update forecasts based on market changes and internal performance metrics.
• Business Performance Support
• Provide insights into operational performance, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Analyze the impact of new business initiatives, pricing changes, and capital investments.
• Risk Management & Compliance
• Monitor and report on key financial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure financial practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA a plus).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and ERP systems preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
