What You’ll Do

Lead requirement workshops & map client processes to Odoo best practices.

Design scalable Odoo solutions and prepare functional specs.

Configure key Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, MRP, Accounting, HR, Procurement).

Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment & go-live.

Deliver end-user training & post-implementation support.

Collaborate with developers to validate customizations & integrations.

Contribute knowledge, mentor juniors & improve internal processes.

Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on Odoo functional knowledge (end-to-end implementation).

Good business understanding (SCM, Finance, Sales Ops).

Excellent communication & client-handling skills.

Ability to lead multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Understanding of Odoo architecture, DB, and API basics.

Qualifications

2–3+ years Odoo functional experience

Minimum 5 end-to-end Odoo implementations

Odoo certification preferred

Degree in Business / IT or related field
