Recruitment and Hiring Assist in Posting Job Openings : Help write and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media. Screen Resumes : Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate Interviews : Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Conduct Initial Interviews : Conduct phone or video interviews with potential candidates. Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) : Update and manage the ATS with candidate information and status. Onboarding Prepare Onboarding Materials : Create and organize new hire packets and orientation materials. Assist with New Employee Orientation : Help facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Coordinate Training Sessions : Schedule and assist in the setup of training programs for new employees. Employee Records and Documentation Maintain Employee Files : Organize and update employee records and files. Assist with Documentation : Help with the preparation and management of HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination papers. Data Entry : Enter and update employee information in HR databases. Employee Relations Support HR Initiatives : Assist with employee engagement activities and events. Address Employee Inquiries : Respond to basic HR-related questions from employees. Conduct Surveys : Help design and distribute employee satisfaction and feedback surveys. Administrative Support General Administrative Tasks : Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and answering phones. Meeting Coordination : Schedule and coordinate HR meetings and events.
