HR Intern

Recruitment and Hiring

• Assist in Posting Job Openings: Help write and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media.
• Screen Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Conduct Initial Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews with potential candidates.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and manage the ATS with candidate information and status.

Onboarding

• Prepare Onboarding Materials: Create and organize new hire packets and orientation materials.
• Assist with New Employee Orientation: Help facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Coordinate Training Sessions: Schedule and assist in the setup of training programs for new employees.

Employee Records and Documentation

• Maintain Employee Files: Organize and update employee records and files.
• Assist with Documentation: Help with the preparation and management of HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination papers.
• Data Entry: Enter and update employee information in HR databases.

Employee Relations

• Support HR Initiatives: Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
• Address Employee Inquiries: Respond to basic HR-related questions from employees.
• Conduct Surveys: Help design and distribute employee satisfaction and feedback surveys.
• Administrative Support
• General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and answering phones.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate HR meetings and events.

Experience- 6months minimum
