Finance and Accounts Executive

As a Finance and Accounting professional, you will be responsible for various key tasks and activities: - **Tally Accounting:** You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally. This includes handling all accounting activities such as ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation. - **Taxation:** Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations will be a crucial part of your role. You will be preparing and filing income tax returns, GST returns, and other tax-related documentation. It is essential to keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and adapt the company's tax strategy accordingly. - **TDS Compliance:** Managing TDS compliance and deduction as per the Income Tax Act will be one of your responsibilities. This includes preparing and filing TDS returns and maintaining proper records of TDS deductions. - **GST Returns:** You will be responsible for preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns. Ensuring that all GST-related compliance is met and resolving any GST-related issues will be part of your duties. - **Financial Reporting:** Your role will involve preparing financial statements and reports as required. You will also generate financial analysis and forecasts to support management decisions. - **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Collaborating with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts will be an important aspect of your job. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. - Proficiency in using Tally for accounting and financial management. - Strong knowledge of taxation, TDS, GST, PF, and ESI processes and compliance. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of financial software and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
