Finance and Accounts Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, and real-world business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, etc.)
• Support in reconciling bank statements and vendor accounts
• Help prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and documentation
• Assist in TDS, GST filings, and other compliance-related tasks
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payment queries
• Support in internal audits and month-end/year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Completed B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance) or related field
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or any accounting software (preferred but not mandatory)
