Finance and Accounts Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and payment reconciliations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Razorpay or with International Payments and a strong understanding of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile Razorpay transactions and settlements.
• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (as applicable).
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely posting of all financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Assist in GST, TDS filings, and coordination with auditors.
• Generate financial reports as required by management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and organize all accounting records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Mandatory experience in Razorpay / International Payments – reconciliation, settlements, and dashboard operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,865.71 per month
