Location: Mumbai (On-site)

About the Role:

We’re a fast-paced creative agency looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to lead our billing, compliance, and monthly reporting processes. You’ll handle everything from client invoicing and payment follow-ups to GST filings and monthly profit-loss tracking. You’ll also sit with our CA monthly and prepare financial summaries for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create/manage invoices (Zoho Books, Refrens-- preferred, etc.)

* Handle GST, TDS, ROC filings; coordinate with CA

* Reconcile vendor and freelancer payments

* Maintain books and generate monthly P\&L, cash flow reports

* Sit monthly with CA and leadership to review financial health

* Track project-level revenue vs cost

Tools We Use:

Tally | Zoho Books | QuickBooks | Vyapar | MProfit | REFRENS | Excel/Google Sheets

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong grasp of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC

* Experience in agency or service-based business (preferred)

* Solid communication and follow-up skills

* Sharp with Excel and financial tools

Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi/Marathi (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
