Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead plant-level financial operations, accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, MIS, audits, and profitability analysis. The role requires strong expertise in finance processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts
• Manage MIS reporting for local and global management
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, and profitability reports
• Supervise purchases/expenses accounting, vendor payments, MSME compliance, and accounts payable
• Payroll accounting including TDS, PF, ESIC, PT
• Handle GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing compliances and audits
• Manage banking, import/export transactions and reconciliations
• Support Capex planning, approvals, and fixed asset accounting
• Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, IFC and IFRS compliance
• Manage ROC, board meeting and shareholder meeting compliances
• Support insurance coordination and claim processing

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate/Post-Graduate with CA-Inter / ICWA-Inter
• CS Final cleared (mandatory)

Experience

• 8–10 years in Pharma Packaging, Manufacturing, or Engineering sector
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP (mandatory)
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with global financial reporting systems
