CAE Engineer

Job Title: CAE Engineer (Fresher) - Mechanical Engineer
Location: Pune, India

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CAE Fresher with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Hypermesh and excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity to work with industry-leading CAE tools and gain experience in various simulation and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use LS-Dyna, Optistruct, PAMCRASH, ABAQUS, and RADIOSS software to develop and verify designs made from materials such as steel, aluminum, plastic, and composite.
• Perform simulation studies with static and dynamic load cases on structural parts.
• Conduct analysis on assemblies using adhesives for joining.
• Carry out full vehicle impact analysis (Front/Side/Rear).
• Analyze BIW (Body-in-White) parts for Modal Analysis and Durability.
• Perform analysis involving multi-materials and non-traditional joining methods.
• Analyze data and recommend design changes based on findings.
• Present simulation results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct independent research related to simulation for current or new product areas.
• Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) using simulation methods to optimize designs.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAE tools such as Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Optistruct, PAMCRASH, ABAQUS, and RADIOSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Passion for learning and applying advanced simulation techniques in design processes.
