B.Tech./M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering. Perform high-quality 2D (midmesh) and 3D meshing (Tetra and Hexa) using HyperMesh. Interpret mechanical drawings and apply engineering knowledge in meshing activities. Understand and implement meshing methodologies to improve model efficiency. Interpret design requirements and specifications as it relates to simulation load cases. Build simulation models using a variety of CAE software, including meshed models for metal and plastic components. Verify models meet quality parameters specified by internal and external customers. Create and verify CAE material models. Setup simple static, quasi-static, and dynamic analysis using LS-Dyna, PAMCRASH, ABAQUS, RADIOSS, or Optistruct (Pull/Push, 3 pt. bending). Analyze and interpret simulation results. Work within the Shape core manufacturing processes, vehicle design packaging, GD&T, DFMEA, product performance knowledge and CAD software methodologies. Communicate and explain results to technical audiences including internal and external customers. Scope and Area of Responsibility Knowledge / Experience 8 to 10 years preferably in automotive application This position is primarily responsible to lead D&D of eSCVs in durability, MBD, vibration and crash domains. Performing baseline static analysis at part, system and vehicle levels, Analyse failure zones and provide recommendations. Need to support design confirmation, test support and test-to-CAE correlation. Regular interaction with the leads, Liaison Engineer and Component Module Leaders in an efficient manner to give conclusive feedback and design recommendations. Understanding of design constraints and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions. Lead a team size of 3 CAE Engineers. Responsible for planning and scheduling for effective utilization of manpower and software and hardware for successful projects execution. Deliver with highest quality standards in CAE. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct CAE analysis using ANSYS APDL, Abaqus, Nastran, Patran, Radioss, and Optistruct. Perform linear and non-linear static structural simulations as well as steady state and harmonic eigen buckling analysis. Analyze fatigue life of components under various loading conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvements through simulation-driven engineering approach. Develop expertise in automotive industry-specific problems such as crash simulation (HyperMesh), vehicle dynamics (Vehicle), and durability (Fatigue).

Good exp in INFOTAINMENT features like Bluetooth, FM, USB, AUX Good knowledge at tools like CAn, CANoe and CANalyzer Good Experience in cluster, Radioss, Hands on knowledge on phone projection testing with infotainment systems such as Android Auto and Car Play.
