Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting Manager/CA to manage our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Budgeting:

Financial Analysis:

- Accounting: Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

GST and Tax Compliance:

Tally:

Project Transaction Management: Manage and track all project-related transactions, including:

- Client advances and payments

- Receipts and payments

- Maintenance of billing vouchers and other relevant documents

- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all project-related transactions in our financial systems

Client Transaction Management:

Requirements:

- CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance): Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with relevant experience.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.

- GST and Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GST and tax laws, including compliance and filing requirements.

- Tally: Proficiency in Tally software, including financial reporting and accounting operations.

- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Real Estate Experience: Experience working in the real estate industry.

- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading a team of accountants.

- Financial Planning: Experience in financial planning and budgeting.
