XML International continues to expand rapidly across 120+ countries — and we’re looking for a Finance Accounting Manager to support our global footprint.

What You’ll Do

2nd-in-command to our Group Finance Controller

Accounting & Audit

• Own day-to-day/monthly bookkeeping (intercompany, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, FX).
• Support month-end closings and statutory reporting requirements.
• Provide documentation and support for annual external audits.

Subsidiaries & International Accounting

• Liaise with external accounting partners worldwide.
• Provide required input for accurate local bookkeeping.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and ensure compliance across all regions.

Taxation (VAT, GST, Corporate & International Taxes)

• Ensure compliance with global tax obligations in partnership with local accountants.

Procurement Support

• Coordinate with vendors (insurance, medical, travel, real estate, etc.).
• Work on tenders and cost-optimization initiatives with VP Global Delivery.

Banking & Cash Flow

• Support international banking operations and cash flow oversight.

Entity Set-Up & Governance

• Coordinate statutory requirements and directorships.
• Work with the Company Secretary on establishing new legal entities.

Processes & Tools

• Improve and streamline accounting processes.
• Support implementation of new tools and ERP functionalities.
• Own ad-hoc projects from the Global Controller, CFO, and VP Delivery.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years in Accounting with

  global or multi-entity experience

  .
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical, methodical, and deadline-driven approach.
• Comfortable working hands-on in

  Excel-based workflows

  .
• Adaptability and a

  CAN DO

  mindset in a fast-growing environment.
• Ability to build strong remote relationships across different cultures.
• High ethical standards and a customer-focused approach.
