Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Accounting Manager based in Bengaluru. The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee the management of financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and other ERP/accounting software.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors for financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS/TCS, professional tax, and financial statements for IT.
• Conduct monthly and year-end closing, including trial balance verification and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare MIS reports, aged receivables/payables, and other management reports for decision-making.
• Interacting with bank for credit limits and correspondence related to banking transactions.
• Oversea salary disbursals and maintenance of statutory payments and certifications.
