Finance Accounting Manager

As a Finance, Taxation, bank, and FOREX management professional at AQUENT Advance Material Technologies Pvt Ltd, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Preparing and Maintaining company Finance, Taxation, and Audits - Must have experience in preparing and Maintaining P&L and BS for Pvt limited firms - Managing Bank and Cashflow, along with Fund raising activities - Handling Forex Management, including hedging and managing Forex P&L - Proficient in Direct and indirect Taxation (GST/ Income tax / FEMA) - Knowledge of International Taxation for USA, DTAA is preferred - Experience in Manufacturing Costing and import-export costing - Managing ERP installation and its management - Ensuring Factory Taxation and GST compliances - Familiarity with FEMA, RBI, and bank regulations - Exposure to IPO or PE fund management would be an added advantage - Legal and corporate law knowledge is preferred - Company secretarial and MCA knowledge is a must Qualifications & Experience: - CA / ICWA / CFA qualification - Preferably experience in FOREX and bank management Hedging - Hands-on experience of 5+ years in Pvt limited, manufacturing, and Import-export firms - Proficient in managing Bank and Cashflow, along with Advances Minimum Experience required: - Juniors with 3-5 years for middle management roles - Seniors with 10+ years for Senior management positions (Note: No additional details of the company are present in the job description),
