Finance Accounting Manager

As a Manager / Assistant Accounts Manager, your role will involve overseeing the maintenance of all books of accounts as per Indian GAAP. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that all books of accounts are well maintained and up to date - Training and motivating staff involved in maintaining books of accounts - Coordinating with service providers for compliances and timely reports - Collaborating with commercial teams for procurement and sales control - Maintaining proper documentation of the company's financial facilities - Managing statutory deductions and compliances related to employee salaries and taxes - Preparing timely financial reports for the management - Coordinating with materials receipts and despatches teams for material handling policies - Preparing management reports for the HQ in Italy and integrating financial statements - Assisting in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and reporting variances - Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting - Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies for internal controls - Performing additional controller duties as required by the leadership team Qualifications required for this role: - CA, CoP certification is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance - Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience - Experience in Consultancies is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to hr@icpartnersindia.com.,
