We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales executives, driving sales growth, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales operations, and provide coaching and guidance to sales team members.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing sales documentation, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular interactions with clients to understand their investment needs and propose suitable property solutions.
