Role Overview

Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement
: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field sales activities.
Lead Generation
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Engagement
: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Market Intelligence
: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Sales Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Product Knowledge
: Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications

Experience
: 23 years in field sales within the food industry.
Skills
:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
