Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Guest Service Associate to join our team at IHCL Ekante Bliss. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage services, including ordering, inventory management, and quality control.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Handle complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling peak hours and unexpected situations.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
