Job Description

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Service Associate in Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage service operations efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
