Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage services with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.
