Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Service Associate to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
