Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&B Service Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
