F&B Service Associate

Role Overview: As a Food & Beverage Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality service according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the designated outlet. Your role will involve F&B service, order taking, providing menu information to guests, setting up tables/buffet/restaurant (MEP), and other duties as assigned by your line manager. Key Responsibilities: - F&B Service - Order Taking - Providing information about the menu to the guests - Setting up tables/buffet/restaurant (MEP) - Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage Service - Good command over the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) - Table set up and clearance skills - Polite and patient demeanor with a pleasing personality The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
