Job Description

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic F&B Service Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage service areas, including setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.
  • Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
