Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Manager to join our team at Marriott International, with a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow and high standards of quality.
Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels and control waste to minimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and customer feedback.
