F&B Manager

As an F&B Outlet Manager at Arlo Wynwood, you will play a key role in assisting and supporting the Restaurant General Manager(s) in the overall operations of the Food & Beverage outlets. You will always treat guests with courtesy and respect, deliver outstanding service, and create memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and multitasking job duties in an active environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in training and developing management and staff - Schedule front of house departments - Develop training documents, menu descriptions, and service documents for front of house staff - Discuss hiring needs and assist in the interviewing and hiring process - Conduct onboarding and create training programs for new hires - Prepare daily and seasonal staff training classes - Design and implement tools and procedures to improve service - Lead pre-shifts daily to ensure staff is informed of company-wide news, HR updates, and menu additions - Handle guest relations issues and ensure health department standards are upheld - Implement plans to increase profit margin by controlling labor and operating costs - Cultivate return business and meet guests to manage the restaurant from a promotional angle - Uphold restaurant standard operating procedures and People Services best practices Qualifications Required: - Certification: Florida Food Handler Manager Certification - Minimum two (2) years of experience in F&B Management or similar roles Physical Abilities: - Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance - Reach overhead and below with the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping - Perform other reasonable responsibilities assigned by Leadership Join Arlo Wynwood as an F&B Outlet Manager and be part of a team that strives to create a sense of awe and leaves a lasting impression on everyone we touch.,
