We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and service-driven F&B Manager to lead our F&B operations and ensure flawless execution of all events . Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B department. Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution. Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown as per standards. Ensure all events adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the F&B team for exceptional guest service. Prepare event orders, forecasts, and ensure accurate billing. Manage inventory of F&B equipment and supplies. Ensure proper communication with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations. Handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
