Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and service-focused F&B Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations at our property in Siliguri. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of F&B trends, and a proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bar, room service, and banqueting.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and control costs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure menu quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Monitor inventory, manage suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and execute F&B promotions, events, and marketing activities in collaboration with the sales & marketing team.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets related to F&B operations and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all outlets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • 5–8 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations, inventory control, and service standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, and staff management.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing multi-outlet operations (restaurant, bar, banquets).
  • Prior experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel/resort environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
