Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 98 years of experience and be able to manage food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control measures, and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
