F&B Manager

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with years of experience to oversee multiple dining outlets on our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations, partnering with vendors, and organizing engaging food events for our community.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage daily operations of multiple dining outlets to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
• Partner with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.
• Organize and execute engaging food events, such as wine and cheese nights, to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to minimize costs and maximize profitability.

• Experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control measures, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth and improvement.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools.
