Job Description

Job Summary: As a F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the restaurant. You will ensure that the establishment operates efficiently, maintains excellent customer service, and meets financial targets. You will lead a team of dedicated staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1*. Menu Development and Management:*

· Develop and update menus for concessions, dining areas, and special events, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality food and beverage offerings.

· Monitor food and beverage trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices to inform menu development and pricing strategies.

2*. Operational Oversight:*

· Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, service, and sanitation to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

3. Guest Experience Enhancement:

· Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and proactively to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.

· Implement strategies to enhance the overall F&B experience, such as promotional offers, special events, and loyalty programs, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4*. Team Leadership and Development:*

· Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to foster a motivated and high-performing team.

· Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and recognize outstanding performance to promote employee engagement and retention.

5*. Financial Management:*

· Develop and manage the F&B budget, tracking expenses, revenues, and profitability metrics to achieve financial targets and maximize operational efficiency.

· Implement cost-control measures and revenue-generating initiatives to optimize financial performance while maintaining quality and service standards.

6*. Regulatory Compliance:*

· Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to mitigate risks and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

· Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices, updating policies and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a cinema, entertainment venue, or hospitality setting.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices, with certification in food handling and safety (e.g., SERV Safe) preferred.

· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate business operations and special events.
