• Operational Management:Overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Staff Management:Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Financial Management:Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring revenue and expenses.
• Inventory Management:Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Menu Management:Collaborating with chefs on menu development, ensuring menu items meet quality standards and appeal to customers.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Menu Development and Improvement:Designing attractive and delicious menus, and continuously improving them.
• Marketing and Sales:Assisting with marketing events and promotions to boost sales and attract customers.
• Relationship Building:Developing positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
