Banquet Manager

• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Working with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events.
• Developing event plans, including timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinating with various departments, such as culinary, sales, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Overseeing the setup of venues, including decorations, furniture, and equipment.
• Managing food and beverage services, including menu planning, ordering, and service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Staff Management:
• Hiring, training, and supervising banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Creating staff schedules and managing staff performance.
• Motivating and leading the banquet team to deliver exceptional service.
• Client Relations:
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during events.
• Ensuring client satisfaction with the overall event experience.
• Financial Management:
• Developing and managing event budgets.
• Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Tracking revenue and expenses related to banquet events.
• Quality Control:
• Ensuring the quality of food and beverage service.
• Monitoring the overall ambiance and presentation of events.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the banquet area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
