Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels and control waste to minimize costs.
Train and supervise staff on food safety protocols and customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop menus and promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and customer service standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
