We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage professional to join our dynamic hospitality team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Position: F&B Executive / F&B Associate

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B service experience in Resort or Restaurant operations.
Education Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department (Restaurant, Banquets, and Room Service).
• Greet, guide, and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining Clover Greens service standards.
• Supervise restaurant and bar service, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards of dining and service areas.
• Train and guide junior staff to maintain quality service and hospitality etiquette.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and statutory norms.
• Assist in planning and executing F&B promotions, special events, and banquets.
• Manage inventory, requisition, and control of cutlery, crockery, and linen.
• Prepare daily sales summaries, consumption reports, and coordinate with accounts for billing accuracy.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, banquet operations, and F&B protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates residing within a 5 km radius from the property — Hosur, Attibele, Sarjapur, or Chandapur — will be given preference or from Bangalore/Karnataka
• Should be fluent in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
