F&B Executive

Core responsibilities

• Operational management: Supervise daily food and beverage activities in outlets like restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and manage food and beverage staff, ensuring they meet service standards.
• Inventory and cost control: Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, control waste, and analyze financial data to improve profitability.
• Menu and quality: Develop and implement menus and promotions, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service delivery.
• Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food regulations.
• Supplier relations: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a consistent supply of quality products.
