As an F&B Executive at Accor, your role is vital in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests in Chennai, India. Your responsibilities include: - Supervising and coordinating F&B staff activities to uphold high service standards - Greeting and seating guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques - Overseeing the accurate and efficient processing of guest orders - Managing the setup and maintenance of dining areas, including banquet spaces - Conducting regular team briefings and participating in departmental meetings - Promoting restaurant specialties and ensuring adherence to service standards - Handling guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary - Implementing and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards - Coaching and training team members for consistent, high-quality service - Collaborating with kitchen staff for smooth service operations - Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in ordering supplies as needed - Analyzing sales data and suggesting improvements for increased revenue - Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures Qualifications required for the role: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry - Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products and current industry trends - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards - Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions - Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to guest satisfaction,
