Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet & seat guests, take orders accurately, offer menu suggestions, address concerns, and process payments.
  • Service Execution: Deliver orders promptly, clear tables, restock supplies (cutlery, napkins), and maintain dining area cleanliness.
  • Setup & Breakdown: Prepare tables with linens, silverware, condiments; assist with event setup/cleanup.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and other staff for seamless service.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math for handling transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety.
